1. Agreement
By subscribing to our Website Care Plan, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use our service.
2. Services Provided
We will provide care-services such as:
- Regular backups
- Software / plugin / theme updates
- Security scanning / vulnerability monitoring
- Performance optimization
- Uptime monitoring
- Support / troubleshooting
Details of what’s included are specified in your subscription plan.
3. Your Obligations
You will provide us with accurate account and website access information as needed. You agree not to interfere with our maintenance or otherwise tamper with service tools.
4. Payment & Billing
- Subscription fees are charged [monthly / yearly].
- Payments are due in advance.
- If payment fails, we may suspend service until resolved.

5. Term & Termination
- Term begins on [start date] and continues until cancelled.

- We do our best but don’t guarantee no downtime, bugs, third-party failures.

7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your website content. We retain ownership of our tools, methods, intellectual property. We license to you the right to use services as long as you comply with terms.

We will keep your information confidential. Likewise, you agree not to disclose proprietary details of our methods or sensitive business information.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use implies acceptance of new terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
